I qualified as a person-centered therapist at the University of East Anglia, where I completed the BACP accredited Postgraduate Diploma in counselling.
I also hold a Master of Arts in counselling research from UEA.
In 2015 I completed the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), Counselling For Depression training programme.
As well as working in private practice, I am also an associate counsellor with MTCIC in Bury St. Edmunds, where I see NHS clients.
In addition, I am a counsellor at one of Suffolk's leading independent schools.

I work for Suffolk Mind as a specialist dementia therapist, working with sufferers and their carers.
I have also worked with St. Barnabas Counselling Centre in Norwich and the Student Counselling Service at UEA.
I am a registered, accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics. I also have enhanced DBS clearance.
